Depends in which NATO standard maybe. US-NATO would mean world class with 100-120hrs flight time per year at least, UK level would be a lot less. Whereas Norway or Baltic standard likely means "they know how to take off and land".
"NATO standard" gets thrown around but it is A LOT more than just flight hours. these standards are like a dictionary thick, and it is consisted of so much stuff that requires various in class and in flight training that it takes years for these NATO countries to produce a qualified pilot.

"Ukraine to get Typhoon fighter jets only after the war" - UK Defense Minister Ben Wallace.

Wallace emphasized that there will be no quick deliveries of fighter jets.

“Let’s be honest, it will be a long time before anyone delivers fighter jets to Ukraine,” said Wallace.

“Moreover, modern aircraft, such as the Eurofighter, which we call Typhoon in the UK, will be delivered to Kyiv only after the end of the conflict. This is the consensus among Western partners.”

However, Wallace said Ukraine’s allies are ready “to take this step at some point.”

Wallace also warned against inflated expectations regarding the recently adopted decision to supply tanks to Ukraine.

“Of course, tanks will make the Ukrainians stronger, but this is not a magic potion that changes everything from day to day,” the defense secretary said.

Former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson also called on the country’s authorities to provide Typhoon aircraft and more Challenger 2 tanks to the Armed Forces. However, Wallace has dismissed these calls by ex-prime minister as “unrealistic”.

Wallace responded by saying that instead of urgently transferring planes to Kyiv, London would focus on “alternative methods” that would help cover Ukraine from the air, including long-range missiles and drones.

Meanwhile, British instructors will begin training Ukrainian pilots.

The problem is that “NATO standard” gets thrown around like it is some level just below godhood. What are the “standards”? Nothing particularly special other than they exist and for the most part are actually met.

“NATO training” is only good because the countries are wealthy and less corrupt than others. Soldiers are paid well enough to sit and learn, staff are not taking the training budget money to spend on hookers and cars…

Ukrainian MiG-29 shot down. Under carriage is down? Was the plane shot down as it was landing? Or was it trying to fly slow by lowering it's under carriage, perhaps to shoot down a Geran?

TOS-1a being used on Ugledar, soon to be an ex-town if this destruction continues.

Lancet from obtf Kaskad strikes a target at Ugledar. The battalion has a list of kills along the front.

What are those "non-lethal military assistance"?DJI drones?

Well:

That one should be menu 9 - 咖喱鸡丁炒饭/curry chicken fried rice. For any mobiks shopping on Taobao I recommend menu 5 - 海鲜咖喱炒饭、红烧牛肉炒面 / seafood curry fried rice + beef fried noodle, it comes with packet of Tang instead of soup which I don't care for.
