The War in the Ukraine

Just call Ugledar a grey zone.

The area doesn't have surrounding highlands the Russians can take advantage with for their artillery and the Ukrainians can hold up in the apartments and shoot ATGMs from the buildings.

The obvious Russian response would be to level the realty property to the ground.

They also called in Krasnopols but that will be another video.

There is nothing left of Marinka. We do get to see a T-72B with cope cage and infantry support for once, though
Capturing a city means capturing a pile of rubbles and a crossroad. If the battle rage an troops are pouring it with a good kill ratio, way better to just let the battle stay there.

It seems the west is content to ignore all of Russia's red lines. MBTs, ifvs, artillery, GLSDB, possible fighter jets...the list goes on. This is, at the very least, a cause for great concern. Russia had better be digging massive trench lines in Zaporizhzhia. I think the war will essentially be decided by the end of this year, depending on who achieves the greatest success from the upcoming Spring/Summer offensives.
If russian don't intend to take all, the main objective would be to blown all these bridges on the Dnieper. Nothing would cross with ease anymore and the east will be in a giant mess. It look that bridges are hard to blow off...

Ukraine expects to receive 24 fighter planes from partners. American F-16s are a priority, but French Rafale and Swedish Gripen are also considered options.

The Ukrainian Air Force has said how many F-16s Ukraine wants to receive

"According to Ignat, the F-16 could combine the functions of four types of aircraft that Ukraine currently has in service: Su-27 and MiG-29 fighters, Su-25 attack aircraft and Su-24 bombers."

Speaker of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine denied asking the West for 24 fighters.

He attributed the appearance of such information in the Spanish newspaper El Pais to "translation difficulties."

“Such statements have a negative impact, because the information is very sensitive, partners do not like it when something wishful thinking is presented,” said Yuri Ignat.

At the same time, he added that Ukraine needs not 24 fighters, but about 180 - this, according to him, will be able to protect the airspace of Ukraine.

An M777 gets blown up. Can't see a Lancet. This might be a Krasnopol kill.

OSV-96 sniper rifle. It looks to me like it has M-16 roots, and goes against the typical sniper rifle using bolt action.

More Terminator action at the forests around Kremennaya. Fierce action here as the Ukrainians are attacking this position the umpteenth time since October.

Two BMDs firing off their AA guns at the Ukrainians in the Kremennaya forests. This video is getting a ton of views.

Ukrainian infantry under artillery fire from the Russian ”O” group.
