The new Siem Reap airport is almost ready. Will open in October. Has to be one of the landmark BRI projects with Cambodia.

Luban, the program that nobody talks about, where China does vocational training. New one opens up in Cambodia. Again, this is all to train people to use Chinese tools. Great way to build Chinese product loyalty.

Boao Forum is going on right now and ASEAN countries are urging China to take greater initiatives with them. I think China needs to move faster here. Don't miss any opportunity. Invest more in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand and these countries. China is already offshoring lower end manufacturing to Vietnam and Indonesia, it should do more of that. And these countries will ecstatic if China builds more EV factories and wind/solar plants there. More investment in digital economy and such

With 0-covid behind us, all the ASEAN countries are looking for closing ties with China (well maybe not Philippines). But given the historical ties with Malaysia, Malaysia should be prioritized. Waiting to see what comes of this state visit.

on the trans-Amazonian / Bi-Oceanic railway. It's going to be a touchy topic for Lula because the railway runs through a large stretch of the Amazon, which is at odds with his environmental stance.

(US$325 million) in road and rail works throughout the country in the first half of 2023." The biggest national priority is completing (5) FIOL and connecting it with (1) FNS, which will connect east Amazon to the east Brazilian coast.

This is good indication China will be involved on those projects:

Favaro proposed investing in Brazilian railways and waterways to COFCO's board during a meeting in Beijing last week, he said, as well as financing the restoration of farmland.

COFCO has already invested in Santos, Brazil's top soybean port, and is currently expanding its export terminal capacity to 14 million tonnes to help it feed China's voracious demand for soybeans.

Other countries closer to South America's west coast are more enthusiastic about the Bi-Oceanic Rail. Brazil will likely not make serious effort until Chile and Bolivia get started on their segments.

So what's going to happen if and when Azerbaijan vs Armenia border and territorial issues rise up again? Is NATO going to insert itself against Azerbaijan a country that's also allied with a NATO member state Turkey? Armenia which is a member state of the Russian led security partnership in CSTO how's Armenias membership status and relationship with Russia along with the groups member going to be affected?

What is the main rationale for Armenia to go ahead with such partnership other than Armenia and Greek sharing similar religion (Orthodox Christian) how is Greece going to provide the necessary military support for Armenia when that country isn't exactly in the best economic condition to provide the necessary military support to Armenia?

I think this will causing divide inside NATO and EU, especially France that fully support Greece. I don't know how can US will able to make all NATO members all together to support turkey.

Greece and turkey also have big tension between each other and I wouldn't be surprised if those two will fight first.
Nope. Nobody will fight each other unless the big boss has given his approval

Where the big boss points the finger, that's where the rest will go
