SCO should have condemned both attacks. It all stinks of CIA black ops anyway. They tried to start a war between India and Pakistan to pull India away from China and Russia.

Agreed. It's just PR after all, a generic statement against terrorism in general would be fine.

IMO bad diplomacy
For India to receive equal treatment it has to stop being hostile to China and behaving "脚踩两只船“/having foot in both camps. Chairman Mao once said "对敌人的仁慈,就是对人民的残忍"/being lenient to enemy is cruelty to people (comrades and friends).

There are two options, either India change its path/behaviour or leave SCO. China is not going to compromise. If China let India has its bargain SCO would become India's and American SCO, not China's. Regardless how India got into SCO (by Russia's insistence) India is exactly like UK in EU as US proxy destroying any chance of true European's Union.

These sort of networks run by Iran/Russia/etc are of course important right now, but they are also excellent dry runs for future contingencies.

Together, the networks identified by the FT shed new light on the systems developed to send Iranian oil to China — and how they have been adapted to ship oil from Russia and Venezuela. The revelations come just as Trump is once again seeking to choke Tehran’s exports and weighing new measures against Moscow. “This oil network and its suppliers show in intimate detail how tools and tactics used to resist western sanctions have proliferated among sanctioned states,” says Andrew Boling, an investigator at C4ADS. By diversifying into Russian and Venezuelan shipments, Ocean Glory appears to have acted, he adds, as a “sort of ‘super-broker’ for sanctioned crude”.
