We don't care about cute girls checking us out. We are married.

As for my weight...About three yeas ago I weighed about 45lbs more than I do now...and I'm 60. My son is 34. I do not drink alcohol or use tobacco products. Also when I get my physicals all my vitals and blood work is normal. The doc told me my lungs, liver and kidney function is that of a young man. Also may job requires me to walk about 4 miles a day.

So there!:p

Well, while I'm thankfull that you are healthy, I don't believe for one minute that you don't fancy yourself a "lady's man", maybe we should ask Mrs Popeye, she's prolly standing behind you with that old fashioned rolling pin, that all those cute farm girls in Iowa and Illionois learn to wield so efficiently. I myself am honest enough to admit that I like a little attention, makes me feel like I'm Not Dead Yet! I know you well enuf to know that you do consider women the "fairer sex", or something like that, and you probably hold the door for the ladies in your church.... not questioning your faithfulness Chief?? but, I'm rather certain that you are still gentlemen, and women still seem to like that????

Hehehe...that lady pointed out how well Popeye was treatin' Olive Oil, and expecting the same! LOL!

I've been opening doors for my wife, Gail, for well over 36 years now.

BTW, we had another night in the 30s last night and the high was only in the upper 50s today. Now THAT is my kind of weather. Nice.

Warm front supposed to come through tonight and back in the 70s tomorrow, 80s on Friday, and 90s by Sunday.

Well, yesterday was my birthday.

I had an important program meeting for which I am the program manager in a city about 200 miles from here. People were coming in and conferencing in from all around. I left here at 6 AM to go get the vehicle I was driving over and arrived there at 9:45 AM. Then I had meetings there until about 3:30 PM. Afterwards, I traveled back and got home close to 7 PM.

Long day...but my wonderful wife of 36 years had prepared a birthday dinner and invited our kids and grandkids who live in the area over to celebrate. We had a wonderful time and it made for a very good and joyous end to a very full day.

Many happy returns Jeff, and congratulations on your 36 years of marriage. My wife and I are coming up on 35 years of bliss ourselves, but unlike you, we don't have any grandchildren- yet. You lucky dog.

I'l betcha you all do not have as many grand children as my wife and I do with our blended families. The majority being born since we were married in 2006...Plus we have two great grandchildren.

Well, our tenth will be born this fall.

We had five kids...three daughters and two sons. Three of those have married and had children. One is not married yet, and the other is married but not had children yet...so I figure we will be in for 6-8 more before all is said and done.

I have a very good friend, who I worked with for 11 years until he retired late last year. Ralph and his wife have been married for 48 years and they had seven kids.

Now, get ready for this...they have 30 grandkids from their single marriage, and are already at 10 great grandkids! He's 70 now.

Hehehe...keeping America strong! Strong families...strong nation.

Reminds me of the scripture:

Psalms 127: 4-5 said:
As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.

Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them.

IMHO, applies equally well to grandkids!
