there are also a gif pic but i don't know how to get it.
Looks small and shape seems not matching JL-2.. Are you sure they indicate its ICBM?
No .You can printscreen it from your computer and convert it to a pdf and put it in imageshack or some other host images website.
China's Jin-class submarine was ranked the second-weakest of ballistic missile submarines used by world powers, according to a list compiled by the Russian Arms Network.
The eight ship classes evaluated by Russian analysts were the Ohio-class submarine from the United States; the Delta, Akula and Borei classes from Russia; the Vanguard-class from the UK; Le Triomphant-class from France; China's Jin-class; and the Arihant-class from India.
The American Ohio-class submarine topped the list with 49.4 points. China's Jin-class sub received 30.1 points, putting it second-to-last on the list, followed only by India's Arihant, which was given 17.7 points.
Four categories were used to determine the quality of each submarine. First was firepower, including the number, deployment and range of missiles. Second was submarine construction, which took into account displacement and size. Technology made up the third category, while the last measured basic performance such as speed, endurance and loudness.

^ looks on a sub are quite superficial I think. Just because it looks new or has "modern" features doesn't mean it is modern and capable. Vice versa is true too.
Remember they were judging this based on displacement and missile load too, and every SSBN apart from the Indian one has a larger missile count than 12. A more interesting judgement as I said before, would be to see how the Russians ranked the 094's loudness, but then again I have a feeling they probably went "meh probably louder than our deltas" and called it good
