Having worked in and with the government, though both time as a interns, you'll be surprised how round about and ineffective the RFI process is, and that is the US gov't which I believe is more effective than most third most countries China tend to deal with. I see this as a way to get around the export companies and advertised directly to the costumer, sort thing this company to capable of build the most advanced subs in China, though you can't buy that one, you can still mention my name in the RFI to avoid export company's potential favoritism.

A pic of the new sub, parts of it looks rusty.

What if this sub we were speculating for so long turns out to be some sort of attraction centre? Like the Minsk.

I think Advertising on a sub is a good idea. Since China lacks Naval Tradition and Sea knowledge because majority of people are inland.

Majority of people are along the coast. Some 80-90% of the Chinese population lives east of Wuhan

It looks rusty. but it isnt. Since the sub is still being worked out (you can see it because of the net, in order to catch any object falling into the water) that "rust" is shipyard dirt. Varyag, in its recent photos, has it now too.

I don think that they would built something that elaborate to turn into attraction park.

I'm not sure if this is the 5th Yuan or the 6th Yuan. My guess is that this is still the 5th one, because I don't think Wuchang has sent over any new Yuan as of now.

I'm sorry to say this, but you're almost all wrong.

1. South Korea and Taiwan both don't have the ability to threaten the Chinese mainland. South Korean ships are simply too small to do anything to China, not mentioning the consequences if they did. They do have one or two of those newly built Aegis, but their personnel are not that well trained or experienced. The Chinese don't even have to dispatch any naval combatants and the South Korean navy could easily be wiped out with countless missiles.
South Korea with never go into conflict with China, unless it is barking when leashed by Uncle Sam.
Taiwan is a Chinese country that simply doesn't like the Communist on the mainland. They would not attack unless attacked first. Just like South Korea, they can't bare the retaliation if they did attack.

2. China's military budget is several times that of Russia and South Korea. Even with publicly disclosed figure on paper, it is already the second highest in the world, surpassing the other countries by a big margin. If considering the hidden budget, it will probably be twice as high.

Please check your grammar and spelling, as they are quite hard to understand.

Welcome to SDF. In addition to defending its claims to Taiwan and the Spratly Islands, the Chinese military's raison d'être is to negotiate from a position of strength on its interests, just like every other country with a military. China is extremely unlikely to get involved in a shooting war with South Korea or Japan unless a war broke out on the Korea peninsula in which China felt it had to back North Korea. The chances of China engaging the United States military is even more remote. But that is not to say China's military is useless. Its strength and presence puts China at the table of negotiations for all regional security issues, and soon all global security issues. It gives foreign nations pause when they want to criticize Chinese policy, be in on human rights, currency, Tibet, Taiwan, cyber-espionage, North Korea, Iran, or any of the many issues China has bumped up against other countries over. It gives China breathing room to decide its own policies without other countries coercing China too much. Whether this is good or bad depends on each person's perspectives.
