Great pictures! Is it possible to have the command post be moved to the bow of the ship, underneath the runway, but with an observer post on top? This will maximize space on the runway. Any advanced radar or electronic suites can be equipped on nearby vessels and intelligence relaid via an Aegis system.

It probably is possible, technically. But I think there might be problems operating wise. You should at least have some kind of tower for the overview I think.
You'd have to fit this to one side of the bow and making the bow rather wide. And it shouldn't be higher the the deck around it, because especially at the bow, aircraft will pass over it VERY low. But then, there's no overview again.

For a view of carrier landings, the observer post will come in handy, which should just be a stub on the runway. The bow shouldn't have to be widened, as it will just be a place where the sailors can see what's up ahead. You can basically view it as the tower being placed on its side as opposed to vertically upright.

People might be misinturpreting my drawing and explanation: There would be a bridge overlooking the flight deck within the radar mast-like superstructure, only the navigation bridge would be below the ski-jump(s). The navigation bridge wold be noisy during take-off but I'm sure modern vibration/sound proofing could help somewhat. Obviously it'd be fully air conditioned (in an NBC way).

I have quite a few refinements in mind but overall I think my layout looks quite promising and logical. The VLS between the take-off ramps is completely logical IMO.
