The supporting sub structure along the sides, below the hanger deck, will be in position as they build up to the hanger deck...not after.I think what will happen is that the hangar deck and its walls will go up first, and then the supporting structure for the elevator once it's all in place.
Chances are we'll see the walls of the hangar go up first, and then the supporting structures for the elevators some time after.
