Its not important but why don't they bring their own rifles
Training affect , it's kinda the same reason you send a company sized element.
To maximize the effectiveness of training you would want different weapons , and you want to practice most of the basic infantry tactics so you need few platoons.

A rifle grenade is a type of grenade that seats on the muzzle of a rifle and is fired usually by a blank cartridge. Many rifles that are capable of using such often have gas shut offs to maximize the energy into the grenade and as the black isn’t usually enough to cycle the action. The grenade itself has a few advantages over an underbarrel grenade launcher in payload, mounting and rate of fire farther anyone with a rifle can fire one.
However they are larger than grenade shells typically can’t be fire from the shoulder and it basically takes that rifle out of action as a rifle. Additionally a soldier with a grenade launcher can carry more shells than the large Rifle grenade. As such they have been in general decline. Well a rifle grenade can travel farther than a hand grenade is about equal to a grenade launcher but the launcher is typically more accurate.

Other pros of the rifle grenade is that the rifle is lighter without UGL. Also in an ambush the whole squad could fire grenades simultaneously.

Rifle grenades are a hassle to use. And without proper training you risk having a lot of accidents. Which is why most armies do not use them anymore.

Sometimes people forget and leave a live round in the chamber before firing it for example. And the result is usually a mess.

True though the rifle grenade is a pain in the arse and I think I covered the latter.
Besides we increasingly see a return of the launcher moving to a separate weapon.
