Could someone list all branches of Chinese military & police what are using QBZ-03 instead of QBZ-95? I know that paratroopers, medical units, supply units, border guards and police are using it. Have I missed anything?

Not all paratrooper units use Type 03, the majority on Army and CAPF still use Type 95 or Type 81 because it is very unpopular in the armed forces. The boarder guards in Xinjiang is the biggest user of 03, not other provinces. The militias in certain regions (such as mine) use 03 as well. The official title of these organisations is 人民武装部, roughly translates into English as People's Arms Department. It is a department at county, township or other large civilian organisations like university and big national business, it is responsible for the recruitment of the armed forces, the recruitment and maintenance of the militia, the management of local armoury (small arms and some heavy weapons), military training and emergency mobilisation.

Not sure if I've seen this gun before. Might've been posted already.

The way of holding a bull-pup rifle/smg looks weird to me. Where is the center of gravity of the gun? Look at that female soldier, she almost hold only one point of the gun like she's holding a pistol. Would it be less stable when she fire it?

The Chinese Type 95 series, and presumably the JS series that is based on it, are exceptionally well balanced, with the centre of gravity lying precisely on the pistol grip when empty.

This means there is less of a need for a forward grip with the off hand to support the muzzle as you would with a front heavy weapon, giving you great aim reaction, but I do hold reservations about muzzle rise, especially at full auto, with such a posture.

I would have preferred they redesign the built in tactical grip to be more ergonomical and maybe spaced a little more forwards so you could wrap your hand around it and use it as a tactical grip without risking interfering with the trigger.

In this case though its not a fill Type 95 its a submachine carbine operating based on slightly different principles.
That said I don't fault her for having a odd grip. Using the weapon like that may seem unconventional but considering how close the muzzle is to the fore grip its about as good as any place.
