In early April, an armored regiment of the Nanjing Military Area Command of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army tempered its equipment support element in a strict way as required by actual combat, in a bid to further improve the capability of its troops in implementing battlefield support. The picture features a scene of the repair element of the regiment in equipment rush-repair.

In mid-April, the People’s Liberation Army unveiled explosive ordinance disposal (EOD) robot at a test site. At present, the EOD robot has won three national invention patents, and the IFIA (International Federation of Inventors' Associations）Innovation Award and the National Invention Exhibition Gold Award.
