There's a point where it mentions what this group is currently investigating/researching (right after 3rd yellow marker):
600 km/hr maglev tech (or well, levitation), something at 800-100 km/hr (also train???) and something like a electromagnetic cannon to launch smaller satelites (at some speed of 270 to 510 meters a second).

The chinese in question if people want to throw it into google translate:
目前正在进行时速600公里轨道交通的高速磁悬浮直线电机研制,时速800-1000公里的高速磁浮测试线原理样机研制和末速度280米/秒~510米/秒的中小卫星电磁推射的原理样机研制。
Regarding the 800-1000 km/hr sentence, another source of translation I have seems to indicate "the development of the principle prototype of high-speed magnetic levitation test line for 800-1000 km/h".

The translation for the other two are accurate enough.

It might mean an even faster maglev levatating train than the one China is currently testing right now. This August 2021 article from the Global Times looks fitting with the description of the above sentence:

Not exactly a breaking news (it's still a news segment however), but here's what I obtained from a Quora posting.

A Taiwanese fisherman that goes with the surname of Jiang was interviewed by a Taiwanese news agency, which is related to the just-completed naval exercise in the Western Pacific conducted by the Liaoning CBG/CSG.

Summary is as follows:
On May 2 this year, the "shunfuyu 83" fishing boat in Yilan County, Taiwan Province, encountered the Liaoning aircraft carrier battle group that was entering the Western Pacific Ocean through the Miyako Strait in the waters near the Diaoyu Islands. One of the fishermen onboard, Mr Jiang (which I presumed to be the captain) claimed that in his 50 years of seafaring, he has never witnessed such a sight before.
Mr Jiang was preparing to report the discovery of the Liaoning CBG/CSG immediately, when he suddenly disocvered that all the phone calls that he has attempted to make using his satellite phone onboard were immediately broken up/cut off.

Here are some charts I prepared earlier...

For the period till end 2025 I have assumed induction of 055s #7 and #8, 052D #25, and then ten more 054As and two more 052Ds from the batch now under construction. Assumed retirements over the period are the remaining 056s and 053H1/H1G frigates.View attachment 89772View attachment 89773View attachment 89774View attachment 89775
Not sure about the RN line. Queen Elizabeth and PoW between them add up to 130kt. Are you counting auxiliaries?

Sorry I should've specified. The types contributing to the charts are corvettes, frigates, destroyers, cruisers, and battleships with a full-load displacement of at least 1000 tons. No carriers, amphibs or auxiliaries, no small missile boats, no OPVs lacking missile or anti-submarine armament...
