Well vertically launched cruise missiles would be ideal for naval asset.
Those corvettes/frigates could at least double amount of LACM they have.

but the North Koreans appear more often in the videos, at least they are the ones that attract my attention the most

The experience upgrading the Udaloy will certainly attract North Korea's attention; I believe they will want to do it with their largest frigates, as they tested a vertically launched cruise missile (which may be implied to be for naval use) just a few days ago.

The strange thing is that instead of being aboard the modern corvettes project 20380, they are aboard an old lady of the sea recently modernized and upgraded with Kh-35 Uran anti-ship missiles and Kalibr cruise missiles, missiles that the North Koreans have in similar versions respectively the Kumsong 3 (KN-19) and the Hwasal-2 cruise missiles.
Theories go a bit too far.
It's much easier to accommodate attache on a 8k destroyer than on a 2k cramped corvette lacking even proper cooking facilities.
