200 millions RMB which about 20 millions USD? Are you sure? FC-1/JF-17 is said to cost about 15 to 20 million USD, so, J-10 is no much expensive than FC-1. Maybe it's the main reason that PLA refuses FC-1.

Totally agree with you on the exchange rate. J-10 should cost about 26 million USD; FC-1 is about let's say 18 million USD for internal cost. So at this point our guess based on information given is that J-10 costs nearly 50% more than FC-1, right? That's why PLAA still can't decide on the future of FC-1. Coz It is much cheaper than J-10. But it isn't 2.5-3.0 times cheaper though (that's most people's guess on how much superior J-10 is when compare to FC-1). Am I right?

the articles mention that UK <Financial Time> reported Pakistan will buy 150 JF-17, estimated between 22 billions-25 billions USD.
but the correct price sould be released by China and Pakistan auturitys.

That $22 - $25 billion figure can't be right. Way too much.

Even if the planes were $100 million USD each, 150 * 100 million = $15 billion. I'm pretty sure the FC-17 cost way less than $100 million USD each.

Perhaps they're estimating the FC-17 to have unit price of $22 - $25 million each?

This is some photos of J-10 with PL-12, PL-8 and external fuel tanks. It looks like it's in the long range air superiority configuration. These should be training ones I think.
