Sany, unsurprisingly, is walking on the same dead end with Tesla semi
On one hand , they plan to build a charging network
On the other hand , they just force customers to buy a astonishing 1000KW/h battery!
HOW RETARDED IS THAT???

charging situation in China still needs a lot of improvement. All the talks of super fast charger network neglect the fact that vast majority of chargers in China are sub 150kw, because those are cheaper
China's charging network in real danger of falling behind the US if some consolidation and standard setting doesn't happen soon.

Supposed Chaoji standard still nowhere to be found while old GB/T is vague and has too much allowance for voltage/current/user experience

Yeah fair enough, but my issues go beyond that.

This is a very sparse and unintuitive interior. The infotainment is okay I guess. It works. But there are no buttons... no knobs. The stalks to control the drive mode, fucking weird. Tesla is doing too much to re-invent the wheel. I wanna drive a car that has an electric drivetrain. I'm not buying an iPhone. The less "learning" there is, the better.

But yeah, when I tried my buddy's model 3, I was pretty excited. It's pretty cool and novel, and I might even rent one out if I'm vacationing or something, but buying one? No way. I think @BoraTas covered some of the other cons pretty well.

But hell, maybe I'm just being a boomer.
Having the dashboard in the middle is a dangerous distraction. Old X-Trail models used to have them. Besides having to look side way and moving your head to read or setting the dashboard, it is very inconvenient for right-hand drive drivers. Maybe ok for left-hand drive cars such as those in China and US. One reason they put it in the middle is because they can make both left and right-hand drive cars with less modifications.
