Yeah fair enough, but my issues go beyond that.

This is a very sparse and unintuitive interior. The infotainment is okay I guess. It works. But there are no buttons... no knobs. The stalks to control the drive mode, fucking weird. Tesla is doing too much to re-invent the wheel. I wanna drive a car that has an electric drivetrain. I'm not buying an iPhone. The less "learning" there is, the better.

But yeah, when I tried my buddy's model 3, I was pretty excited. It's pretty cool and novel, and I might even rent one out if I'm vacationing or something, but buying one? No way. I think @BoraTas covered some of the other cons pretty well.

But hell, maybe I'm just being a boomer.
I would be fine with Tesla gaining market share if they didn't have all these idiotic anti-human features.

That's my biggest problem with these techy EV companies. They're negatively influencing traditional automakers to throw away decades of ergonomic design improvements in the name of modernity and sleekness.

Normal instrument cluster, normal gearshifter, normal ac vents, button controls are simply the most intuitive and easy to use. It's nice to be able to get in a car and drive normally without having to relearn things.

But these manufacturers are like nah, here's a screen and some weird gear shifter, and you need 30 minutes to learn how to navigate the UI to adjust things. Oh, and it differs from car to car so you have to relearn it everytime.

Same here bro, I don't have the numbers, BUT Chinese heavy truck (HOWO, SINOTRUCK and CHNTRUCK) already dominate the market here, neck to neck with SK and Japanese on commercial light trucks (JAC), IF the Chinese automakers( CHERY, GEELY and MG) were able to improve its After Services and mass availability of cheap spare parts within 2 years they will take over this market segment.

What's my basis for these prediction, The Chinese offer something new, a premium cheap car that is way better than what the established automakers make.

XPeng G6 will be officially launched this month. Looks good, but I don't see it doing all that well
nothing really stands out aside from fast charging that most Chinese fast chargers don't yet support

F brand is what it is. Will be a while longer before it gets shown and unveiled. Q4 delivery
