I wonder why UWSA is doing this, this puts their 'official neutrality' at risk.
Hopang is within the legally-recognized Wa Self-Administered Division established in 2010 (it's the capital, in fact). The UWSA is technically within their rights to be there, but showing up alongside the Brotherhood is definitely walking a fine line, Presumably they believe the junta has its hands full already and is in no position to take offense (and they're probably right).
