I like this new Batmobile. It might be the best concept IMO.

Not bad, but IMO the Dark Knight batmobile is the best.

Yes the Tumbler is nice but it seems more special purpose for demolition. This new one looks like it's more balanced.

The Tumbler is heavy duty for both urban streets and off road as well, therefore more flexible. The new one looks too ordinary to me. They went back to the basic batmobile car look but with a little more muscle and stealth fighter look to it. I like the Tumbler because it was original and different looking than any of the previous Batmobile.

".... It's a Black.... Tank!"
The Tumbler in Batman Begins, the Dark Knight and it's derivitives in the form of the Dark knight Rises is a design that was more function than all the others. The Tumbler could have easily fit into Actual military programs like the Darpa GXV or the Israeli Future Rakiya. a high speed Scout Vehicle The Later versions in Dark Knight Rises even featured anti tank missiles and turrets. The new one looks lighter and I am not sure that is a good thing yet. It seems to me like the designers set to making a Bat Mobile that barrows from the previous ones and that's all

I'm bewildered by this project. When I first heard about this, it was fictionalizing why the Great Wall was built being not because of Mongolians and Barbarians but of monsters. I have no idea if Chinese movie goers will gravitate to this. Zhang Yimou and now Matt Damon are connected? I don't even know if the original concept is in play now. It could be like a Chinese version of Eaters of the Dead/13th Warrior.

If the story line is good, with good special effects and directing and of course a good cast, people will enjoy the fantasy. If the quality is B-grade like what I get on cable, then it will bomb, though I did not expect Sharknado to enjoy a following in the US. If they attempt to blur the line between fact and fiction, then it may even be banned in China. I wonder what kind of monsters the wall was put up against. A 50 ft tall Katy Perry?

13th warrior seemed like a more realistic take on a legend, which this movie seems to be the opposite of, since they introduce actual monsters.

If the film takes off, maybe people can finally start joking about monsters instead of "Gosh darn Mongorians" as South Park joke the joke goes.

It's like watching early J-20 footage, lol.

The thing is they're using an actual historical structure and place and removed the historical meaning and replacing it with monsters? Thirteenth Warrior on the other hand uses a setting of a kingdom in turmoil but no historical structure as the background.

The strangest part for me is Matt Damon being involved. I never pictured him doing a monster movie especially from a movie industry in China that's not known for monster movies. That's why I wonder if the original concept is in play.
