I'm surprised this isn't talked about much. The northern provinces lack a port to export things they produce and at the moment all the produce have to take a 1000km train trip southwards to a port before they can board a ship to rest of the world. The train trip probably cost more than the ship trip.More Chinese win from Russia Ukraine war. Russia provides sovereignty and security to Vladivostok, China provides economic boom to Vladivostok and China northeast cities.
With the future Vladivostok special customs zone it means northern province products can take a much shorter trip across the border to Vladivostok and still be considered all within China. Then they can clear customs there and board ship to anywhere in the world. In particular it's a very short trip from Vladivostok to South Korea or Japan.
This would hugely improve the economic growth of the northern provinces. Some Russians are very sensitive about "creeping Chinese influences" in the far east and this deal would never have happened if not for the Ukraine war.
On this basis I'm going to have to say Slava Ukraini.
