I'm surprised this isn't talked about much. The northern provinces lack a port to export things they produce and at the moment all the produce have to take a 1000km train trip southwards to a port before they can board a ship to rest of the world. The train trip probably cost more than the ship trip.
With the future Vladivostok special customs zone it means northern province products can take a much shorter trip across the border to Vladivostok and still be considered all within China. Then they can clear customs there and board ship to anywhere in the world. In particular it's a very short trip from Vladivostok to South Korea or Japan.
This would hugely improve the economic growth of the northern provinces. Some Russians are very sensitive about "creeping Chinese influences" in the far east and this deal would never have happened if not for the Ukraine war.
On this basis I'm going to have to say Slava Ukraini.

Let's see the math, citation for the average peso value of Mexican labor, then conversion rate. Because I just posted a link that shows Mexican labor rates at $5.30 to $23 in the US and that is a direct same currency comparison.

Nobody says Mexico's not doing well for itself; it's just that there is an undeniable power disparity compared to the US that is driving Mexican immigration.
This, however, is completely randomly snuck in there, without any evidence or connection to anything else. You could have put anything after "enormous" and it would have made at least as much sense.

Yeah, it's all determined by the disparity of hard economic power. Mexico is much weaker than the US so Mexicans pour into the US. Other South American countries are even poorer than Mexico so they want to go to Mexico. All hard economic power.

when you look that content clause in that labor agreement it says that to avoid import tarrifs things will need to be manufactured at minimum $16hr. things are moving in that direction fast.
thats good that you admitted that Mexico is doing well. but you need to add qualification to it. Mexico is doing good despite not sending there best to US. That is the Soft Power you not understanding. Mexico does not have that power disparity like some of the other countries who lack Soft Power. Trump is for Vote. once in power he cannot implement rather send more business Mexico way.
