They can try move in their professionals. They will not fare better than Ukrainians under mobilization. If they mobilize they will collapse internally on an undeclared war. Germany can send entire professional military and it will be crushed by Russians.

Officer cadets study in Germany, and engineering is notoriously demanding. I can imagine that they will sent them to ukraine with the promise of earning Credit points that way, wouldn't be the first mental gymnast move by germany.
