I doubt enemy pilots are subject for execution or torture. China is actually not treat POW so bad based on Korean War records and that's a direct confrontation too.

However, they might be parading around for humiliation. And they probably can forget about returning. Unless China is so stupid, they would have seen what happen with those Foreign Mercenary they exchange back in Ukraine War.
