They do have shared interests. Now the Argentine oligarchies can sell Argentine to the American oligarchies in a piecemeal way. The ordinary people in Argentina are royally screwed though.

Too bad some of those who live in "democracy" support genocide.

Israel should pay reparations for the rebuilding of Gaza.

Of course in the West they're talking WWIII. They see how they're losing control of the world. The Jews-will-not-replace-us Republicans who can care less about Israel and the Jews are exploiting what's happening to clamp down on opponents domestic and foreign. Look at how they're using TikTok where before they have failed to ban it but now are accusing it of antisemitism to now get it banned. To which is why the West is talking about their right to control all forms of media information not just in their own countries but they have the right to control what news the world is getting. Big steps all because they see they're losing control of the world where the world is not falling in-line with what they want. A control that didn't belong to them in the first place.

It seems that the launch vehicle powered by RP-1/LOX, which is a completely different technology from previous rockets, and the launch pad is entirely new. It appears that the Russian team is very efficient in their work.

israelis really have no shame. It makes sense when you consider Israelis are really European Americans with double the sense of entitlement and the same “WE WUZ KANGZ” larping as hebrews.
Ever wonder why Israel forbids 23 and me style genomic testing? Because it would show that an overwhelming amount of Israelis have zero Middle eastern ancestry.

Lithuania breaks. Hell if even a Washington favourite like Norway bends the knee to China, what makes a shitty backwater Baltic state think they’re gonna fare any better?

USG forced Chinese Binance CEO to step down on account of losing control over their own economy, there’s a non zero chance people will use crypto in lieu of the USD to move money.

its the final throw of the dice for white supremacy. They’d much rather die than acknowledge other races as equal.

Binance CEO steps down; crypto platform hit with record $4.3 billion in damages

The Treasury Department said Binance “willfully failed to report” more than 100,000 suspicious transactions from a host of sanctioned groups and countries, including Hamas and North Korea.
The CEO of Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, will step down after the company pleaded guilty Tuesday to violations of the Bank Secrecy Act, an anti-money laundering law, among other charges.

The company will pay more than $4.3 billion to settle the charges, the largest penalty in the history of the Treasury Department.

In prepared remarks, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said Binance was guilty of “consistent and egregious violations of U.S. anti-money laundering and sanctions laws.”
The Justice Department said in a news release that Changpeng Zhao also pleaded guilty to failing to maintain an effective anti-money laundering program and would step down as chief executive.
As part of the terms of the settlement, Binance has agreed to a third-party monitor, overseen by Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, to ensure the company is compliant with federal regulations. The monitor will have access to Binance’s systems, transactions and accounts, the Treasury release said.

Binance said

that it takes responsibility for its mistakes and is optimistic about its future.
"These resolutions acknowledge our company’s responsibility for historical, criminal compliance violations, and allow our company to turn the page on a challenging yet transformative chapter of learning and growth," it posted. "With the compliance and governance enhancements enshrined in our commitments, we can begin to share our vision for Binance’s exciting future and the future of the crypto industry. We are confident that Binance will emerge as a stronger company as we lay the foundation for the next 50 years."
Financial exchanges in the U.S., including those that specialize in cryptocurrency, are required to follow strict “know your customer” laws to identify their users. In a statement Tuesday, the Treasury Department said that Binance “willfully failed to report” more than 100,000 suspicious transactions from a host of sanctioned groups, including Hamas’ military arm, Qassam Brigades, Al Qaeda, the Islamic State terrorist group, a litany of criminal ransomware hackers and users in countries facing U.S. sanctions, including North Korea and Iran.

According to the Justice Department's release, Binance’s compliance employees internally noted that the company didn’t even have protocols to flag transactions that were money laundering risks.
“we need a banner ‘is washing drug money too hard these days — come to binance we got cake for you,’” an employee wrote.

Binance also never reported transactions with websites devoted to selling materials relating to the sexual abuse of children, Treasury said.

In 2019,

, Binance created an offshoot company to serve American customers, Binance.us, while keeping its original platform for the rest of the world. But according to the Justice Department, the company still allowed a “substantial number of US customers” who were allowed to keep using the less regulated company.
The announcement also comes on the heels of another major federal enforcement action against a cryptocurrency exchange. On Monday, the Securities and Exchange Commission

with illegally failing to register its services with the agency, as required by securities law.

In an emailed statement to NBC News, a Kraken spokesperson said, “We disagree with the SEC’s complaint against Kraken, stand firm in our view that we do not list securities and plan to vigorously defend our position.”
Garland said the charges against Binance and FTX highlight how the government is cracking down on white collar cryptocurrency crime.

“In just the past month, the Justice Department has successfully prosecuted the CEOs of two of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges in two separate criminal cases," he said in the news release. "The message here should be clear: using new technology to break the law does not make you a disruptor, it makes you a criminal.”

DeFi Lmao. What a joke. If you try to decouple from the US financial system, Uncle Sam will beat your ass until you surrender.

I agree. I think of BRICS as a commodity backed financial system that is an alternative to $ hegemony. France (very different from every other European countries) has a solid history of resisting US hegemony. Plus, I personally think it's a good thing to hear different voices and make it somewhat representative of all major continents.
If that's the case then there's no point in BRICS, we already have the UN. Thanks, but no thanks. France joining will be a slap in the face for Africans who still have to deal with neocolonial France. If China allows this then I'll lose faith in China as a serious leader of the multipolar order. The US would remain the preeminent force for the foreseeable future.

The Catholic Church is just a decaying museum today, without any power and no country follows it anymore. A relic of the past.

The last Empire that was still loyal to her was the Austrian Hungarian Empire, which became extinct in WW1, over 100 years ago.

How can anyone blame a powerless church for the current problems of countries that today are liberal and follow the doctrine of American liberal democracy? It's a US scarecrow.

The US dominates the world of the former European colonies today. However, those who are to blame for the current problems are dead people who haven't governed for centuries? This is just Anglo Saxon propaganda that blames others for their own problems and never takes any responsibility.
In my country they don't, in fact they are the largest land holders and major investor in oligarch company, so they were joint at the hip. I don't know the social context in other former Spanish colonies but the symptoms are the same, a legacy of Spanish rule.

The Spanish rule ended centuries ago, in fact. American rule is the present.

If your country is still failing, the responsibility lies with its current leaders and the people who elect them, after all, it is officially a democracy that follows the American doctrine of a presidential liberal democracy, not a long-forgotten Spanish medieval monarchy.

I think your country will never free itself as long as it blames the dead for its current problems and doesn't see who really has power in the world today and still licks the ground on which the US spits.
