On a side note, I can definitely imagine that some slum city will eventually pop up right outside the wall for the 100% sci-fi dystopian universe.

But how does emergency services work? Do 2 people just put you on a stretcher and wait on the train station for the next transport

That brings up another problem which is the end to end transit in 20 minutes. The technology for the hyper-rail line and the green power doesn’t exist even in their prototype form yet.

The NEOM concept is ambitious and forward-thinking, addressing emergency services and achieving ultra-rapid transit would necessitate careful planning, technological innovation, and likely incremental implementation. The integration of cutting-edge technologies and a phased approach to development may be key in realizing these aspects of the NEOM vision.

Security on the line is going to be interesting. The rails and trains will be the most vulnerable parts of this city from terrorism. This does make Saudi Arabia national security rather vulnerable in any conflict by destroying a part of the line and collapsing the rail system. It grinds the entire city to a halt while inflicting a deadly blow to the economy with 20-25% of the population living there.

The Royal Saudi Armed Forces, is a well-equipped and a sizeable force in the Middle East with one of the highest defense budgets in the world. Comprehensive security measures can significantly reduce the risk of terrorism impacting the hyper-rail system. Effective intelligence gathering and counter-terrorism measures will be important. This involves cooperation between security agencies, international intelligence sharing, and staying ahead of potential threats. Leveraging technologies such as surveillance cameras, facial recognition, and other security systems can enhance monitoring and response capabilities.

It's puzzling out of all people these Arabs are still nomadic in nature and free roaming with a lot of mobility, and then this stupendous idea where they basically throw away north to south cardinals, just running in a east west straight line. It's against human genes and culture. Looks like a mobility restricting prison to me. Someone has been sitting in a cubicle to long and obviously likes it so much it dawns on him what if I line up a whole bunch of them for 30 miles. Upsides is criminals would have nowhere to run or hide if they are stuck in there, and no high speed car chases.

Just repeal all Indian work visas across China. Don't let them come to Taiwan or anywhere else.

If they want to work and send money back to Bharat, they can do so in one of China's middle eastern friends. Not China itself.
Exactly, and besides taiwans job market is so shit, a lot of Taiwanese graduates are going to the mainland for work and career development. Until the mainland reaches first world living conditions in 100% of China, no Chinese state should even consider any form of migrant workers. It’s already bad enough having Filipinos come to Taiwan to work jobs too may Taiwanese think they’re too good for, but to involve Indians? These idiots have never had to work with Indians in corporate in the west, let alone being managed by one of them.

meanwhile a miracle has occurred thanks to the grace of the god emperor Xi

While the threat of terrorism can be mitigated the same cannot be said for a major armed conflict.
