I agree.
Filipinos probably are being used without understanding all the issues involved.

I personally feel that, if a potential Taiwan war should happen in the future, the politics and set up of alliances before the war are potentially even more important than the war.
If possible, China's move should be to convince all these countries (Phillipines, Japan, Australia) to not involve themselves.
Japan, Philippines, Australia, UK, European Union are not sovereign countries. They are just colonies that have no decision-making power over their own destiny. It is foolish to take them seriously and invest in them expecting neutrality.

They even accept becoming impoverished and losing their own technologies and conquests in order to obey the orders of their American masters.

In a war everyone will serve as a base for the US to kill Chinese and their own inhabitants.

Gotta roll through all the Reichkommisariats to get to the core, just like ww2. And with a larger industry, economy and unconditional support from allies with enough resources to sustain the war machine for decades, it will happen in due time, should American aggression reach China itself.

Like I said before, this is what was being planned after Blinken's trip to China if it had took place. They just don't have the context how the US was trying to improve relations with China to vilify China for ruining the US's offering of an olive branch.
Manufacturing consent for war against Russia took over 9 years. They are now trying to do the same on a 2-3 year period for China. This is a challenging attempt even for US.

Trying media manipulation on such a massive and absolute scale has already backfired spectacularly in the form of the modern public hysteria over "fake news". Sadly, the hysteria has only created fertile ground for demagogues. The sheep know their shepherd is a liar, yet they are too lazy to do critical thinking and reveal the uncomfortable truth.

The government of Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has allowed a flotilla comprised of two Iranian warships to dock in Rio de Janeiro, ignoring mounting pressure from the United States to bar them.
The Iranian Navy's Makran and Dena warships, which together form the Islamic Republic's 86th flotilla of military vessels, berthed in Rio on Sunday, the port authority was quoted by Reuters as saying in a statement.
Vice Admiral Carlos Eduardo Horta Arentz, the deputy chief of Brazil's Naval Staff, approved the Iranian ships to dock in Rio between February 26 and March 4, following Lula's recent visit to Washington.
On January 28, Rear Admiral Hamzeh Ali Kaviani, the Iranian Navy's second-in-command, had said that the vessels were sailing along Latin America's western shores and were to drop anchor in Rio within a few days.

According to Western media outlets, Brazil had initially delayed docking of the ships as the country's president was flying to Washington to meet with US President Joe Biden.
Earlier in February, US Ambassador to Brasilia, Elizabeth Bagley urged Brazil not to allow the ships to dock, saying, "We firmly believe those ships should not dock anywhere."
However, despite Washington's calls, the South American country allowed the ships to dock in Rio after Lula ended his trip.
The United States has been very upset with the presence of the Iranian warships on Brazilian shores and elsewhere in Latin America, which Washington considers its backyard.
Dena is a Mowj-class warship that joined the Iranian Navy in June 2021. The military vessel is reportedly equipped with anti-ship cruise missiles, torpedoes, and naval cannons.

Makran is a forward base ship weighing 121,000 tonnes. The warship can carry five helicopters and is used to provide logistical support for combat vessels.

The 86th flotilla is expected to break the record for the distance an Iranian flotilla has ever sailed in international waters. It set sail from southern Iran in early fall with the purpose of circumnavigating the world.
Its trip to Brazil appears to be part of a mission that is destined to take the flotilla to the Panama Canal.
Earlier in January, Iranian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Shahram Irani said plans were underway to deploy the Islamic Republic’s naval forces to the strategic Panama Canal, as Iranian servicemen were getting closer to South American coasts.

The commander stated that Iranian naval forces have been deployed to almost all strategic straits throughout the globe, except for two.
He said Iranian naval forces will sail into one of those remaining straits this year, while plans are being made for their presence in the Panama Canal, which connects the Atlantic Ocean with the Pacific Ocean and divides North and South Americas.

Marcos met with China, then after allowed US military to come stay in the Philippines.

Now, Lula meet with US, then after allows Iran military to come visit Brazil.

Lula gave the US a taste of its own medicine. He must have a good sense of humor.

Lula surprised us despite his neutral election campaign. He is in many ways a reverse Marcos. I am looking forward to more Iranian freedom of navigation. It will do well to draw aggro from China and Russia.

If possible, China's move should be to convince all these countries (Phillipines, Japan, Australia) to not involve themselves.
According to the American Empire framework, these countries are Imperial (Australia, Japan) and Imperial-Vassal (Philippines) territory.
As such, they obliged to listen to the center's (US) commands.

You suggestion is like saying that China should convince California to not involve itself in US-China war. Doesn't make sense, right? As California is part of the US and has no independent foreign policy and military, the same applies for Imperial territory and slightly less so for Imperial-Vassal territory not listening to the center's orders
