So many snowflakes in this forum and you guys laugh at Justin Trudeau. A few protests and all of a sudden it is the end of the world. What would you do in case of a January 6th or Indian Agricultural Protest equivalent, slit your wrists?

What’s more annoying is how this is spreading into every other thread. At least when Pelosi went to Taiwan. Everyone kept the conversations within the designated area but instead everyone is bickering in several threads.

It’s a good opportunity to crack down on CIA assets/networks.

Some, I think, don't even get to see a judge. Like the one who was spying in the PLA and got executed by his commander, an story probably exaggerated by MSM, but in general moles are not treated well if they got caught in China.

I am surprised that people like this, a so called prepper who seems to hold himself as somewhat different from most people in the USA, seems to honestly think that a revolution is happening in China just because of what happened a few days ago. Just because he gets his information from not the usual sources, doesn't mean that those sources are any better then the kind of crap coming from Gordon Chang. If people like this prep assume that they are prepped for the crisis in the USA, I do honestly believe that with the droughts in the USA, the amount of guns all over the place and with a government being likely to crack down on people like him, I think he is over looking a very simple solution to his problem, GTFO out of the USA, simple. Staying there is a death sentence in the future, even the likes of Canada and the UK is going to be impossible to live in the near future due to the leadership there being completely unhinged. Granted Australia and NZ has there issues, but at least they have the resources to last until the birth of the new world to basically ensure that they stance will enable the nation to survive in the future. As evidence of this, I don't see the kind of insane support that the other three has for the war in Ukraine nor the interest in a war in the Indo pacific, this I can see abundantly clear and hope it stays that way. But still with preppers in the USA thinking that they are ready just because of there skills, I believe that even now, they are no where near ready

We are deeply saddened to learn that a fire which broke out in Urumqi, capital of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China caused loss of lives and injuries. We extend our condolences and wish speedy recovery to the injured.

We expect the reasons of the fire to be made public.
Turkey like to play these little games, I think once the war in Ukraine settles down, P5 will come to an agreement and turkey will be the next Libya.

Interesting development from Japanese Komeito party

When Western ‘democracies’ had lock-down protests, media delegitimized the participants by labeling them far-right radicals. When a lock-down protest happens in China, Western media portrays it as a proof of general mistrust for the government...¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Chiang Kai-shek’s great-grandson wins key Taiwan election (Mayor of Taipei)

The great-grandson of Taiwan’s former authoritarian leader Chiang Kai-shek has emerged as a rising star in the country’s nationalist Kuomintang (KMT) party, winning election as mayor of Taipei.

Chiang Wan-an, who at 43 became the youngest mayor in the capital city’s history, declared victory on Saturday night after his two rivals in a three-way race conceded defeat. The US-educated corporate lawyer, who returned to Taiwan in 2013 to pursue politics, won 42.3% of the votes. His nearest opponent, Chen Shih-chung of Taiwan’s ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), took 31.9%.

Winning in Taipei. Due to his KMT lineage, it’s gonna ruffle the hardcore part of the DPP feelings rather hard.

This is the same play book in Iran. They used a death to trigger protests, then tired to continue it with small protests in universities.

Everytime when the protest was dying down, some one died...... And it would start up again. Then next is ethnic tension and armed resistance with Kurds.

In China's case, I wonder if the fire was even an accident, it must be fully investigated. But it has been hijacked to peddle false narratives like doors were sealed shut and covid protocol was blocking the fire truck.

Now small protests, organized no doubt, with a symbol to rally around (white piece of paper), with protests in universities. Exactly the same as irwn. I hope the Chinese govt are more competent than Iranians and prevent riots. Also they have to guard against any fatalities. If someone from the protest dies, I hope they have continuous video recording and feed so there is no way to blame the police.

I think they should put the media into overdrive and hammer in counter arguments and publicise any investigations from the fire.

Then watch out closely for any racial tensions in Xinjiang like Iran with the Kurds. Prevent the CIA from killing any protesters who can be used as a martyr. With all the cctv cameras around in china, it is a lot easier to control than Iran. Thank god chinese leadership had the foresight to install smart city cameras everywhere. Really saves ones ass when situation like this developes.

I wish the Chinese govt media dept is savvy enough to make their own symbolism to counter the white paper. Like 'blue lives matter" was counter to BLM. Maybe some counter protesters can put "vulnerable lives matter" as a counter to the blank paper. Eg. Those who can't mount a response to vaccines are saved due to these lockdowns etc. But I doubt they would think that way.

Yes, because they're not hyperventilating snowflakes.

Once your heartrate comes down from the triple digits, think for a second about what your proposal would imply. Every time a handful of paid misfits shout a few slogans or hang a sign with broken Chinese from a bridge and light a trash barrel on fire (remember that? That was supposed to be the revolution that swept Xi from power), the Chinese press would start panicking and screaming. A few contemptible shoe-scrapings would determine what 1.4 billion Chinese citizens read in the newspaper - what a ridiculous thought.

America is not a ten foot tall demigod that can change governments with the flick of a switch and a r/China_irl is not going to bring down the government. I said it before and I'll say it again: stop hyperventilating.
