I believe that China is doing well in terms of soft power, where I live, CCTV signed a great cooperation agreement with a large national TV here, one of the 4 largest in my country, where a lot of Chinese content is shown, one of these content was "Xi Jinping's Classical Literary Quotes" as well as many other content from China.
