TLDR, trying to sneak into Taiwan secretly on a civilian airliner is going to be a spectacularly bad idea for Pelosi.

Besides, sneaking in on a commercial plane would be a big loss of face for the US, so it won't happen.

Hopefully Biden slaps some sense into her, maybe a good time to bring her in for corruption? Kill a tiger to scare away the fleas. And she can't be starting ww3 if she's busy being investigated for insider trading.

Or she'll just catch "Covid", cuz Biden probably doesn't have the power to arrest openly corrupt ppl in his own cabinet.

It'll be the same demand as in 2021, turn back or get shot down. Fat Pompeo shat himself and didn't just cancel the trip, he even canceled every single trip in Asia to desparately save face.

Americans care about face above everything else. So China can maybe offer them a route that allows them to save a little face at least. For example, stir up some happening elsewhere so US state media can start writing a different news cycle. Perhaps, an instruction for North Korea to do a little trolling. Or get some Iranian drones to the LDPR. Something to let US seamlessly switch propaganda into something that doesn't cause ww3.

Exactly right. The whole point of her visit is to demonstrate that she's free to go to Taiwan as she would be in any other diplomatic context. If she resorts to sneaking in like a coward, it undercuts that purpose entirely. It's an open admission that the PLA intimidated the US.

My post is based on the premises that Taiwan's airspace is Chinese airspace, therefor PLA has no hesitation of acting within.

Flying in and out secretly is my concern. If she does so, how could PLAAF know which aircraft on what day she is flying, let alone doing anything that you suggested? I agree with all your suggestions, the problem is how do we know which one to intercept.

That is true, kind of self-defeating for Pelosi by saying I am scared. Maybe this point alone is enough to make my concern unnecessary.

Taiwan government paid lobby groups in DC tons of money to have current or formal official, elected or not to come to the island.
No US officials come to Taiwan for sight seeing or really support "democracy". Unless Taiwan gets their money back, which I highly doubted. Plus the current government on the island is in trouble with their governess ( just look up at the stadium scandal they are having right now, to name a few), they got lucky in 2020 election by playing HK riot, got re-elected. Now the local elections are coming up, they need to play some kind anti mainland cards, trying to get lucky again.

Which means that they will do just that. Biden administration is good at making spectacularly bad decisions, it's their main feature, can't miss making another one.

Although I admit I don't really understand what would even be the point of sneaking Pelosi in and out of Taiwan when the whole purpose is the symbolism of the visit. If the US resorts to an unofficial visit, then it just means that they got scared and even their propaganda will have a hard time spinning it as a 'win'.
