It was last year sometimes after a high-level visit by the US delegation to Taiwan, PLA planes crossed the center line in Taiwan straits. After that, governor of Taiwan province order the military change the ROE. Only return fire after being fired upon, also, the defence minister has to be informed before any actions can be taken.

Not to mention the US just stated they will have carrier group protecting the fighter jets escorting Pelosi and Pompous.... this is shaping up to be the showdown of the century...
This has nothing to do with Pelosi or even the Biden admin, this is a bona fide prelude to all out war....
They will have to. If Pelosi goes then the US must send their own jets to escort. If China backs off too earlier then you know the Western Media is going to circle jerk the “brave American empire” of videos of US jets flying over Taipei.
Americans are afraid to leave the house if the weatherman says it's too hot or cold. Do you really think Pelosi is going to travel to Taiwan if the US military are telling her its too dangerous for her to do so?
