I'm curious, what exactly do you think is your demographic advantage against China? China has more arable lands than India and thus can always support a larger population.
In his hypothetical 50, 100, 200 years future, climate change doesn't exist...

Its 2022 and India is already getting slapped left and right by climate change. Imagine what India would like in 50, 100, 200 years lol

This is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, there is no "endgame" where China can win forever and eternally. Geopolitical games never end, and rivals will never stop emerging. You can cherry pick however many comparisons you want at whatever point in time you want, which is in fact what all China-haters do when they downplay anything China does, but the fact of the matter is that India does have the prerequiste population and demographics to challenge China in 50, 100, 200 years. Fostering a willing ignorance and sense of superiority now toward any country will coalesce into a psychological inability of future generations decades in the future to even comprehend the idea that "shithole" countries would have anything worth learning from.
India has too much brain drain to the West to ever challenge China... India can have 50% more population than China, but if the top 10% of best and brightest all move to West, then what is the point? In contrast, China retains most of it's talent and brain power.

Its pretty bleak.
Basically the only way India can catch up to China is to become Pakistan's #1 rival - in getting on China's good side.

I'm fine if Pakistan and India engage in vigorous competition to earn Chinese favor instead of waste it on military.

Why Democrats are paying for ads supporting Republican primary candidates

Democrats are buying ads supporting far-right GOP primary candidates, in the hopes of facing them in the general election

More than 1 million voters switch to GOP, raising alarm for Democrats

A political shift is beginning to take hold across the U.S. as tens of thousands of suburban swing voters who helped fuel the Democratic Party’s gains in recent years are becoming Republicans.

Tons of swing voters changing to republican. The economy won’t be fixed even if the Ukraine war ends today so that means the Democrats are dead for the foreseeable future.

I expect to see more anti-China rhetoric to raise when Trump comes back and the demand to make China pay back for Covid.

50, 100, 200 years...
Do you even know that we will be in the start-middle of the 4th industrial revolution in at most a decade???

And you are here talking about India utilising its population and demographics to challenge China in 50, 100, 200 years..

My question is, do you have any idea how quickly technology is advancing? And also what direction is technology advancing to? It definetely isn't on employing billions of people working in manufacturing or/and in low value service
Human capital is one of the MOST important things a nation can have, ESPECIALLY with the upcoming and ongoing 4th industrial revolution. Even though in 3 years, China will have DOUBLE the number of STEM PhD graudates per year than the US, it's still recruiting overseas high level talent by throwing bags of money at them. You think the technology for the next generation is going to grow on trees? One of the main reasons why China is supremely positioned in the first place to absolutely dominate in the next industrial revolution is because of the shear size of its educated workforce, it can throw genius level talent at ALL the fields. This is only possible with having a large enough population in the first place. If and when India can get its head out its ass, it WILL be able to match China in this regard and many other areas, unless you believe Indians are somehow less intelligent.
