Isn't Mcdonalds in China already owned by a Chinese company? Yum China also holds rights to name of KFC and other western fast food brands.
Something like 51/49 of chinese and foreign split at most (most being foreign at most having 49%).

Only recently was it possible to fully own something I think or the likes.

Anyways, both the foreign brands have earnt a lot of money but also whatever chinese company that have stakes in it as well.

About 24.57 million per month. This is going to ruffle those Western Media warriors about India while they gorge on copious amounts of Russian oil.
what choice India left ? Arabs keep raising oil prices above the bench mark and start interfering politically. India need to heed just like Japan what it can do for Industrial Europe. I think Taiwan will become in similar situation as it depended on Australian LNG that is depended on Germanic engineering. Australia paid through big Airbus order in addition to Submarine cancellation fees.
The pressure is always coming from behind.

That NYT article on Yahoo is retarded as usual. 45% of Russian government revenues is the natural resources tax. Not all of it is oil & gas. This also includes coal, metals (like copper, gold, platinum, nickel, iron), diamonds, and timber. And most of the extracted energy resources are consumed inside Russia not exported. The companies typically pay tax per unit of resource extracted not just on exports or profits. And sorry about it little Ukrainians but the Russian MIC is as self contained as it gets in the current world market. Even if Russia exported nothing it would make no difference. This isn't the Iran-Iraq war where they were importing, well, basically every weapon system and they had to pay for everything in someone else's currency.
