All these companies the US whined for China to give them access was to do the very thing they're outraged being done to Americans now. This was a discussion here years ago that Americans are worried about for themselves now? The West is upset at Chinese propaganda being spread on the internet. They're just upset they don't have a monopoly on it. Is China whining about the US developing AI as they complain about China? No, because China's AI is for China. The US wants to impose their AI on everyone. That's why China developing AI is criminal to Americans eyes. Apple's facial recognition had problems when first introduced on their iPhones because it unlocked iPhones for anyone of the same race. To Americans they will spin this as how machines are neutral and have no bias. But the reality is Apple programmers didn't bother much with algorithms for people of other races. They concentrated on Caucasian facial features so that doesn't mean machines are neutral. If machines were neutral, then why are the afraid of Chinese AI. What have I've been saying about having two contradictory thoughts at the same time...? And they think they're the good guys...
This is dumb. The vast majority of countries on Earth will never approach super power status and thus will always be subject to influence from the greater powers. Rather than put Singapore down for not being something it cannot and has not tried to be, it would be best to recognize that it's only practical and realistic for middling powers like Singapore to ingratiate itself to the leading world power, which previously was and debately still is the US. Obviously the writting is on the wall on which nation will surpass the US next, but let's not forget that China studied from and adapted the Singaporean model throughout the 80's 90's and 00's. Most nations can only dream of reaching Singapore's prosperity and China, US, and Russia are only truly soveriegn countries on the planet.

These kinds of demos can be easily faked.
The easiest way to tell a program from a human is to keep asking them nonsensical questions. A human will get annoyed/angry, while a program will keep responding in the same manner.
have a Jai Hind argue with it about whether China is stronger than India. It will require superhuman patience to correct. Perfect for an AI chatbot.

I believe I can formulate an informal "Jai Hind Criterion" for natural language processing:
If an AI can argue with, and refute, a Jai Hind, while strictly adhering to the topic of India, then it fulfills the conditions for human-like natural language capability.
