What an idiot. China was sending Euros to Russia as payment for energy which the Russians then used to pay for European goods and services. A virtuous circle. Since China needs the energy and Russia increasingly has less uses for Euros anyway, with all the sanctions there is little they can import from Europe, the amount of Yuan/Ruble trade will simply increase. And the Russians will have to buy the goods and services from China instead. Dolt. There is little Europe can make which China cannot make and the list keeps shrinking with each passing year.

Yawn. No we don't. We would rather watch the show while the EU is killing itself.

"CHINA NEEDS TO TAKE CLEAR STANCE ON UKRAINE: EU'S VON DER LEYEN"
It reflects a solipsistic and hierarchical vision of humanity — one where wealth and whiteness are determinants of authority. In Karen’s worldview, China must act because she commands it.

This is a 100% pure win-win situation between Russia and China. It is so complementary that I feel it is hilarious. This is a Goldilocks that can only be made possible at EU's charity.

Von der Leyen served faithfully under Merkel, but Merkel well understood that VDL is largely incompetent and made sure she went to the EU and not stay in Germany, which if it happened she likely would take up the chancellorship after Merkel.
Yeah. After her dismal failure in what was supposed to be an easy job, being Defense Minister in a country which basically has to fight no wars, she was promoted upwards to a place where she was supposed to cause no damage to Germany. So much for that.

The German G36 procurement idiocy when she was Defense Minister is almost at Indian levels of military procurement nonsense.
