More graft. I know Russia would not use nukes so close to their own core if they could avoid it.
Only way they would use nukes would be if NATO poured troops into Ukraine in like hundreds of thousands or more.
Unless they expect a massive thermal runaway which would blow up the containment in one of Ukraine's nuclear reactors this is a pointless exercise.
I rather have that than us being the victim. I don't want this to happen but if push comes to shove, in a world where we are forced to choose, then I choose my own kin, lineage, history, and culture.
But don't authoritarian states like Russia and Vietnam already know how to use censorship? Why would they learn from China? If anything the cartoon should be Germany and other EU states learning to ban the letter "Z" and Tchaikovsky.
