Germany under Scholz is way much more obedient to Washington than the ex-DDR (GDR) figure, Angela Merkel. It's a very sad moment for German people and nation. Germany will need some figure like Charles de Gaulle to lead Germany to stronger independence and regain its confidence and glorious past.

The Li family wanna avoid the similar fate of the Russian oligarchs when the West are stealing their assets with ease using the freezing or seizure methods.

Unless the Li family wanna completely sever their ties and businesses with China and HK and fully relocate to Anglo states, adopt new citizenship and be loyal to the Anglo... they will always face the high risk of their wealth being frozen/seized when there is serious conflict between China and the West.

The seizure of the Russian wealth in the West should have taught the very good lessons to ALL other oligarchs with no exception to the Li family. It's a very very SERIOUS WARNING... of no precedence, an action that alter the world's economy-financial-geopolitics forever, and no amount of laws can protect one from the Western seizure, even the central bank's assets are not immune either -- such blatant stealing by the West will also change the concept of the "foreign exchange reserves" and "gold reserves" stored in the West of the central banks around the world! Actually Li Ka-shing has retied from his companies. His sons are now doing this.

If he did not sell this electricty distribution business, electricity in UK would have the Chinese element from end to end: generated by the China-built nuclear powerstation, distributed by the Chinese-owned grid, consumed by the China-made appliances.

Russian wheat exports plunge​

The world's largest exporter of wheat, Russia, supplied 23 million tons of the crop to the global market since the beginning of the 2021-2022 agricultural year (July 1, 2021) to March 10, the Ministry of Agriculture said on Monday. That is 30.9% lower than the figure for the same date last season.

The country’s overall grain exports are also down, with barley deliveries falling by 34.7% to 2.9 million tons, and corn shipments declining by 21.7% to 1.8 million tons.
