Anyone who had read this book written three years ago, will not be surprised by the news.
Read it and I was glad I did because I learned how and why the American tech companies and other companies begun their absurd accusations against China’s "forced tech transfer" when the reason(s) they have lost was due to the shark infested (intensely competitive) market in China. What is essentially enlightening and befuddling to know is that even though East Asians (Chinese, Koreans, Japanese) are excellent with respect to propping up great companies the number of leadership from these countries in many western companies seem to be sorely lacking. Surprisingly, and with all due respect to our Indian friends, the number of Indian C.E.O.S and key executives seem to populate many of the western companies even though there's not a large number of Indian home grown companies that have made it mark world wide. WHAT GIVES?

Did you that just 20,000 British officials and soldiers ruled over 300,000,000 Indians (1 British to 15,000 Indian ratio) was only possible because British India was ruled (largely) via suzerainty (vassal-overlord relationship) between Indian princely state Kings (e.g. Pichai) and British Crown (e.g. Google's Board of Directior) which hold the true real power. The Indian princely states ruling elites were Western educated and British-acculturated Indians that managed and controlled the natives, collected taxes, and managed routine daily affairs on behalf of British Crown which held the true power.

Indians elites for centuries entered into a mutualistic relationship with their Western Master's to serve as managers on behalf of their empire. The true power still resides in the supreme overlord. This mentality among Indians about worshipping whites and serving whites still rings true just like the days of British empire.

Unfortunately for Intel and other Indian-top heavy companies, they tend to lose competitiveness over time because Indians all talk and over promised but little action and underdeliver. See the firing of Intel R&D Chief who was Indian, after Intel failed to deliver 10nm process.

American trash. Responsible for hundreds of thousands of death in the Middle East/West Asia in the last two decades because ''war on terror''. You did not hear them when they were reigning death and terror upon a whole region. This vile New York Times stenographer is death. Very good.
