Most likely to move to SEA countries. mainly Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Thailand or even Vietnam ... .. perhaps Pakistan and Bangladesh ... India is "too rich" to do that kind of stuff
I meant even India's GDP per capita is much lower than those countries, but they feel and think superior and much richer

Its local politics. RCEP is hugely disruptive in many industries. Inevitably this generates local interest groups to clash with each other. Some want the benefit, some hate the competition from opening up etc

Its all about if the countries' governing political parties have the necessary political capital to push through opposition from various interest groups
