RCEP has met the requirements to be taken into effect by the ratified countries. As for the rest, we will have to give them more time so they get their politics in order and ratify itWhen will they ratify it? The thing will still take effect?

Let them eat bugs, hopefully it will decrease the price of a nice ribeye steak. The highly civilized west and it's lackeys love to disparage China's supposed disgusting "eating habits" with the usual "bat eating soups" casually apply to every Chinese folks, but apparently eating bugs is cool if the west says so because it's nutrients are super duper amazing. I bet if the Chinese person or periodical wrote this stuff the usual anti-China army would descend on social media declaring hoe filthy Chinese people are. LoL
"Why bugs must be a bigger part of the human food chain"
I would bet they would have given the child more than the 0.1s they gave here had it been a blonde hair, fair skinned and blue eye ‘proper British’ kid.Imagine Reuters, NYT, BBC and other outlets if this happened in China.

To be fair. Where is the kid's parents? They know the rules and should take better control of their kids behavior in a highly known ceremonial guards ground. I wouldn't be surprise if this was some kind of ruse to get social media attention. That's just my opinion.Any PLA soldier that showed such disregard for the people they are supposed to protect would quickly find himself in front of a court martial.
Of course the problem here is those soldiers are there to protect the Queen, not the people.
