Dear reader, see if you can spot the logical error:
In year 1, China's size is 0.5A, where A denotes America's GDP.
In year 9, China's size is 0.7A.
The percentage growth is (0.7A - 0.5A)/0.5A = 0.2/0.5 = 40%.
Where is the error in this argument?

It did not account the A is also growing in the past 9 years.

simply plain wrong logic, perhaps the better one is that Chinese GDP increased by 40% relative to the US GDP
That's a better way to explain the 40% increase.
This is happening at the same time the PiS is pushing for more THAAD launchers in Poland too, so if any conflict breaks out things can go global in an instant.
