Minsk 3.0 Taking Shape

What's been proposed so far by the Trump administration and Europe:

A ceasefire, European NATO funding more than doubled, arms production ramped up on both sides of the Atlantic, and Western troops to enter into Ukraine to create a bufferzone/trip wire force.

I wonder if Trump actually calls it "Minsk 3.0" whether or not some people will finally get what's happening yet or not...

US-European "Split" Ends in Unity of Purpose, Continuity of Agenda

▪️After Secretary Hegseth tasked Europe with taking over the war in Ukraine (not ending it), the conditions for a Minsk 3 to buy the time the US-Europe needs to rearm Ukraine have been laid out;

▪️Despite weeks of theater attempting to portray a "split" between Washington/Brussels/London, all parties are in absolute lockstep - verbatim repeating "the ball is in Russia's court" placing pressure on Russia to accept a Minsk 3-style agreement;

▪️The US wants concessions from Russia but is unwilling to make concessions regarding the root cause - NATO - and is in fact seeking to EXPAND it!

▪️Trump had no intention of ever seeking peace, before even becoming president he campaigned on shifting responsibility for the war, not actually ending it, as I warned BEFORE the elections took place;

NUUK, Greenland, March 11 (Reuters) - Greenland's pro-business opposition Demokraatit party, which favours a slow approach to independence from Denmark, won Tuesday's parliamentary election that was dominated by U.S. President Donald Trump's pledge to take control of the island.
Demokraatit secured 29.9% of the votes with all ballots counted, up from 9.1% in 2021, ahead of the opposition Naleraq party, which favours rapid independence, at 24.5%.

Minsk 3.0 can only be effectively sold if the US or Europe threatens to enter the war directly. The US will never do so; so the question is whether the Europeans want to risk it themselves. My guess - no.

Sanctions relief mean little to Russia, since they can just be imposed again, at will. Same with any "guarantees" on Ukraine not joining NATO or the EU. Once Western "peace keeping forces" are on the ground, Russia is never getting them out of Ukraine.

Trump's pivot will not work if this is what he's offering. The original plan of recognizing all annexed territories as Russian, and creating a buffer zone in the rest of Ukraine - that could work, with the right conditions around disarmament. But this? This is a joke. Trump has obviously been over ruled by the "deep state" after enough powerful people complained. He'll need to plan his next move.

I wouldn't completely discard the possibility of Putin getting played once again.

US 'will not be providing' military aid to Russia, Rubio says

o_O
Nothing really surprises me anymore coming out of Western politicians' mouths but this one's pushin' it...

Me: Well, that's it. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. There's no beating that. Nothing can surprise me now.

Track record says it's NATO that's getting played for the millionth time again

They just can't keep up with Putin especially when China is backing him on strategy, not with "strategists" like Von der Leyen.

EU let itself lose so much economically in the conflict for essentially no damage to the East... Not to mention throwing away tons of stockpiles and even spec ops in an environment they can't use air cover. The Ukraine gambit.

EUnuchs strike back!
BRUSSELS, March 12 (Reuters) - The European Union will impose counter tariffs on 26 billion euros ($28 billion) worth of U.S. goods from next month, the European Commission said on Wednesday, ramping up a global trade war in response to blanket U.S. tariffs on steel and aluminium.
The EU executive said, however, that it remained open to negotiations and considered higher tariffs in no one's interest.
U.S. President Donald Trump's increased tariffs of 25% on all steel and aluminium imports took effect on Wednesday as prior exemptions, duty free quotas and product exclusions expired.
The European Commission said it will end its current suspension of tariffs on U.S. products on April 1 and that its tariffs will be fully in place by April 13.
"The counter measures we take today are strong but proportionate. As the United States are applying tariffs worth $28 billion we are responding with counter measures worth 26 billion euros," European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen told reporters.
"The EU must act to protect its consumers and business."
The suspended tariffs apply to products ranging from boats to bourbon to motorbikes, and the EU said it would now start a two-week consultation to pick other product categories.
The new measures will target around 18 billion euros in goods, with the overall objective to ensure that the total value of the EU measures corresponds to the increased value of trade impacted by the new U.S. tariffs, the EU said.
"In the meantime we will always remain open to negotiations," von der Leyen said.
"We firmly believe that in a world fraught with geoeconomic and political uncertainties, it is not in our common interest to burden our economies with such tariffs. We are ready to engage in a meaningful dialogue."
The proposed target products include industrial and agricultural products, such as steel and aluminium, textiles, home appliances, plastics, poultry, beef, eggs, dairy, sugar and vegetables.

ASPI and white supremacist anglos: “But…but…but… huwhite supremacy…we were supposed to launch a crusade against the yellow peoples of the world and fourteen words!!”
It's amazing the effect of Zunyi and her flotilla has done to increase peace/respect for the said "yellow people" who now will vaporize you if you muck with them-like punching a bully in the face.
