In this case, look no further to Boeing; their current business culture and quality control (lack thereof) and how it emanates to US institutions (FAA) and Boeing's own subcontractors providing the necessary components/spare parts, maintenence and services. It's comically bad that even their execution of silencing whistleblowers are sloppy and pretty much an open secret; might as well call in the Russians have those whistleblowers mysteriously fall out the window of multistory buildings.

I thought Boeing hiring assassins to murder whistleblowers was a bit much but when you consider how often the Indian elites resort to assassinating and murdering dissidents on anglo soil, you realise that perhaps the entire Boeing board has been replaced by Indians.
