You need brains to design/make weapons & you need bravery/courage to use those.
You don't jump in front of bullet for nothing bravely, because a bullet doesn't understand those.

Ya you are absolutely right.. I should have said that battle can be win by strategy, planning and bravery, not ONLY with weapons
There is some meat in the news,India in Sep this year had stated that DRDO will carry out research to make Directed Energy Weapons(DEW),why the need for airing this news about DRDO in Sep,when reportedly PLA evicted Indian troops from Chushul sector heights on 29th Aug by using DEW,something is not right with Indian military
