Nothing. This is one of those points where everyone is right from their own point of view.

So the US wants to reactivate the 1st Fleet to compliment the 7th Fleet. The 1st Fleet is gonna cover anywhere in the Indian Ocean and the SCS. And then base them around the Quad or at Singapore. That's a blatant provocation. If that goes ahead, China should not sit by and watch.
Well if the US wanna force Singapore to be a base for the 1st fleet. Perhaps China can also ask Singapore to host a PLAN fleet there too. That way, Singapore doesn't have to be cornered into choosing sides. And the PLA can stalk the 1st Fleet there too.
If the 1st fleet is based around the Quad. China would have to make into reality the 'String Of Pearls' noose around India. I for one would support that. Because India is getting too ahead of itself.
This may be a game changer in Ladakh,I don't know why Indian Generals and Modi cabal are hiding this crucial information,need to dig in more

Lately Indian media channels are
complaining such weapons were used citing Professor Jin Canrong of Beijing's Renmin university. The weapons were used to displace Indian troops occupying Helmet Top and Black Top peaks around the Pangong Tso lake in Ladakh around third week of August. There is too much buzz in the international media now to completely discount this news. It is like radar in 1940, during World War 2 . Radar was in use by both Germans and British but neither side officially admitted the existence of the technology. The difference was that the Germans did not believe the British were so far ahead in radar and lost the Battle of Britain as a result.
If you are wondering why I refer to Jin Canrong as "金政委" or "Commissar Jin" it's because of the famous "战略忽悠局" or "Strategic Fool-You Agency" meme. The idea being there are a number of commentators in China who talk about military matters who seemly alternate randomly between presciently accurate and wildly (perhaps deliberately) wrong. Thus people jokingly believe there exist a shadowy branch of PLA who's responsible for such strategic deception efforts. Zhang Zhaozhong, an ex-admiral in the PLAN is famously considered Chief of SFA because he once famously went on air to discuss China's 5th generation fighter program after someone leaked that such a program exist. And he said

Weather you believe it's all a meme or perhaps there's some truth behind it and the meme is just a cover is up to you. Either way there's no way to tell if they are telling the truth or deliberately lying when they open their months in public.
