The Indians have confirmed that the Chinese occupy Black Top and Helmet hills. Looks like the Indians have accepted the LAC has moved westward and that the 1000 square kilometers of previously Indian held territory occupied by the PLA is now Chinese because these two hills were located on the Indian side of the LAC prior to the standoff.

You then set new goals, like how to better all the poor people, bring them out of poverty education. Etc. China did just that. While India also set similar goals like super duper power 2020. It failed dismally!

I think he has something in there. What Inst meant is that India has only kind of a vague idea of what modernity is and their attempt to get there is half-assed.

Look at Google Earth again. Both Helmet and Black top located on Chinese side of LAC as per Google Earth.

But were those two mountain topos a part of Chinese side pre-June 2020 settlements? China has unilaterally changed the "LAC" after April/May this year. The political motivations have been speculated upon so we won't dwell into those yet again for the nth time in this thread.

The point is there seem to be new developments since last week. Developments from the new status quo. Previously India patrolled up to finger 8 and WELL beyond Black top and Helmet top. Since April/May settlements, it seems PLA moved to finger 4, Galwan valley/Depsang areas, and south banks areas like Black top and Helmet top. Areas India has always laid claim to and patrolled into. India's move into Reqin is considered by CCP as an intrusion but it is business as usual for IA patrols.
