Thats the very reason, why Pakistan is not too worry about Indian carriers acquisitions.

The picture in question is definitely PSed. There is no confirmation of Ra'ad's integration on JF-17. The integration is supposed to happen sometime in future. When it does happen, JF-17 would not need to leave Pakistan's airspace to strike deep into enemy territory.

Notice that Asif has written that he would like to see Ra'ad integrated onto JF-17. It has not happened yet.

Ra'ad has been tested only off the Mirage III Rose upgrades, I don't think it would be a big job integrating it to the Thunder

As a matter of fact I wouldnt be surprised if it already isn't, and if it isn't if war breaks out they could easily get the job done and quickly integrate the missile to the JF-17 wouldn't be a big deal but nice of we could actually see it

Sorry guys, i might be asking something that`s likely been discussed already.Is there any possibility of block 2 or 3 JF-17 being kitted with RD-33MK and if not why not?Please be kind i just want to learn

Yes and No. RD-93 was developed for JF-17 as a modification of RD-33 by repositioning the gearbox to the bottom. So, RD-33MK would need a similar modification. Not much is reported, but it is expected that JF-17 would get a higher rated engine for Block 3. That could be a modification of RD-93, or a Chinese engine - WS-13. There are reports of an uprated version of RD-93 in the works as well.

1. The aircraft does not seem to lack power throughout the routine.
2. Turning performance is very good. Check out the turn transition @ 4:00
3. The slow flyby @ 5:00 is very close to stall speed and still the aircraft shows excellent control.
4. Acceleration from the slow speed to the exit is pretty good. The aircraft went vertical within a few seconds.
5. The aircraft does screwturns as it exits almost vertically.
6. That black smoke...
7. The camera work really sucks.

Still see smoke from the engine though not very much and not always. Hope that they just change an engine someday.
