Model companies merely using pics available to build their CG model to make the mold, and pretty much they did their best with so little.

J-20 Mighty Dragon literally flying overhead

[Note: Thank you to "Marchpole" and "Deino" for the picture.]

For those that are interested, if you compare carefully, you will notice that my version is a little sharper and clearer. The purpose is to bring out as much detail as possible to assist forum members in analysis.

Thanks for editing - may I aks what You are doing ?? - since they show some details much clearer.

As such may I ask for a fovour to do the same with the complete full-size picture ... or at least if possible with the weapons-bay area ... I think even in the original one You can clearly see the panel-lines of the bays and with Your crisper version they ill surely be even better visible.

Thanks in advance, Deino

J-20 Mighty Dragon weapon-bay delineations are visible! (Deino's discovery)

To bring out the details in a photo, you can adjust the colors, brightness, and contrast. To preserve my reputation, I have never physically changed the information in an individual picture pixel. That would be an alteration and the picture's underlying information has been changed.

Why do the weaspon's bay have straight edges? Wouldn't it be better to have jagged edges, like edges for landing gears?

F-22 Raptor's weapon bays are also straight

F-22 Raptor has straight longitudinal weapon-bay edges.

When a stealth fighter is approaching head-on, enemy radar waves will impact the front of the shaped-nose and not the underbelly. Also, while the straight longitudinal weapon-bay edges will reflect more radar energy, the entire and mostly flat underbelly of the fuselage and wings is a much larger source of radar reflection from ground-based radar. Finally, underbelly radar reflections are probably not that important because a low-flying supercruising stealth fighter will pass overhead quickly.
