I think it might be to help in stabilising the pylon so that its joints don't have to endure as much strain when trying to hold the pylon outside in a fixed position. Imagine trying to hold a 50k mass on the end of a 10m pole with you on the other end; the mechanical disadvantage you'll be suffering from would be very uncomfortable to deal with. Having a person on the other end of the pole helping you hold the 50kg mass would be very beneficial. Perhaps that's the purpose of the yellow parts; to stabilise the pylon and its payload and to reduce strain of the joints.

According to the photo, the yellow parts do not touch the skin. If so, they can not support the rail and the mounted missile. What are they?

They basically plug the weapons bay when it is closed.

I think there are two more launch rails on either side door of the bottom bay.

what I posted earlier:

Apparently for their middle weapon bay they have 4 multipurpose pylons to fit either long range AAM or other munition which are dropped from the plane, but they also have two rails on the sides of the weapon bay doors to fire either short WVR or long range AAM directly from the rails, but cannot be used to carry other munitions. I wonder what arrangement they use for those two side pylons, whether it is similar to the side bay.

Actually I can only see it on one side, I wonder what arrangement they have for the other side which has a folded section.

I cannot see what you refer to, which launch rails on the main weapons bay are you talking about?

Further, both of the doors on the main weapons bay fold... they are symmetrical

From previous images we could deduce that the main weapons bay is around 4,2 to 4,4 meters long. And in recent images it has been nicely opened, so we can compare the door length to the length of the new missile. One gets approximately 2,8 meters to 2,9 meter of length for the missile. Logic would suggest it is a wvr missile, possibly pl-10.
