I think it might be to help in stabilising the pylon so that its joints don't have to endure as much strain when trying to hold the pylon outside in a fixed position. Imagine trying to hold a 50k mass on the end of a 10m pole with you on the other end; the mechanical disadvantage you'll be suffering from would be very uncomfortable to deal with. Having a person on the other end of the pole helping you hold the 50kg mass would be very beneficial. Perhaps that's the purpose of the yellow parts; to stabilise the pylon and its payload and to reduce strain of the joints.
According to the photo, the yellow parts do not touch the skin. If so, they can not support the rail and the mounted missile. What are they?
