More photos from the same day. According to eyewitnesses the J-20 performed some maneuvers with the missile deployed.

I guess they are testing the aerodynamics of the missile bay configuration???

More like testing the influence of the missile and it's pylon on J-20. Anyway , i guess the China hate crowd have the PL-10 to be scared off now too. :p

PS : would it be called PL-10 actually?

The previous illustration of PL-10 show the back fin is folded and fold out when launched. But that maybe wrong because they though PL-10 is copy of another next generation ASRAAM.. Turn out the real PL-10 looks quite different from the expect one.

Is its possible this is actually a BVRAAM? SOmething like MICA?

interesting... it seems like the side missile bay is capable of carrying MRAAM(what it seems like). i guess that mean the underside bays are capable of holding even larger ordinance?
