Rafale, Active Cancellation. Unknown (to me) if this system is practical. Always thought of it as a marketing gimmick with no usable functionality.I suspect the J-10 probably has a slight advantage over the Rafale.

Rafale twin engine + lack of DSI may result in higher RCS than J-10.
Personally, it seems meaningless to consider RCS for a fighter without a built-in magazine. According to Cheng Fei's paper, the RCS of a combat missile plus a pylon is around 0.5 square meters, so the RCS of the missile carried in air combat can be said to basically offset the airframe Design efforts to reduce RCSRafale, Active Cancellation. they are probably close enough that it doesn't matter all that much in battlefield.Rafale has S-duct and sawtooth patterns on the fuselage though. I think it is debatable which one is smaller clean.
Exactly my thoughts, especially loadedthey are probably close enough that it doesn't matter all that much in battlefield.
